Weigh In

Hmmmm, I am wanting to start seriously doing some weight training at the gym. I really just have no idea how to go about this. Weight training is a mystery to me. I mean I can figure out the machines but I don't know how to use them in order to get results. I need to figure out reps and how many times a week and for how long and variation of moves. I was trying to look up a good plan on-line but it is such a sea junk out there. If anyone knows of a good book or on-line tip site or have any pointers of their own I would sure be grateful. Also do not use this post against me when bathing suit season rolls by again and it is apparent that this grand plan of mine failed.
