Butt that's Gross
Random thing I remember about Miami. I went into a decent number of public restrooms there. There were no toilet seat covers in ANY of them, including high end places. Are toilet seat covers a California thing and I just didn't know? or is it just a Miami thing not to have them? anyone know?

Definitely not ubiquitous, but they are spreading. Give it another decade.
